At Venom Heat Co., we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction means everything to us. While we do not accept returns on perishable goods like hot sauces and condiments, we’re committed to making things right if there’s an issue with your order.

No Returns on Perishable Items

Due to health and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any consumable products — including sauces, condiments, or any opened items.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Missing items

Please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect product

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll review your claim and, if approved, we’ll either issue a refund or send a replacement — at our discretion.

Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is issued, it will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time to appear in your account.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@venomheatco.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
